HEWB represents a vision aimed to ensure digital learning in the higher-education field via a hybrid method. Through our programs, we aim to extend the reach of universities and increase the number of skilled learners.

We aim to open opportunities for nontraditional students to access the university after excelling in its programs. This initiative provides a pathway for individuals who may not have followed the traditional route to higher education to demonstrate their excellence and gain admission to the university.
We provide an opportunity for students to launch their startups after successfully completing our programs. This initiative supports and encourages entrepreneurship among students, empowering them to apply their knowledge and skills gained during their time in the program to start their own ventures.

HEWB serves as a safe and innovative space for professors, postdoctoral fellows, and PhD candidates. We encourage them to leverage our foundation as a SANDBOX to explore and practice digital pedagogy. By utilizing HEWB, these academic professionals can experiment, innovate, and enhance their teaching methods in a supportive environment.

Sponsored by FIRSI (Fondation Ibn Rochd pour les Sciences et l’Innovation) HEWB’s (Higher Education Without Borders) primary objective is to accelerate digital transformation within the national and regional ecosystem, while also contributing to the digital sovereignty of both the public and private sectors in Morocco.
Our first program dedicated to applied computer science is called JUACS (Junior University of Applied Computer Science)
